How Tinubu Will Treat Each Gender After May 29 – Shettima Reveals

Reactions have trailed the selection of former Governor of Borno State, Senator Kashim Shettima as the running mate to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

Naija News reports that Tinubu had earlier submitted the name of Alhaji Kabiru Masari to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in a placeholder capacity for the 2023 general elections.

The APC national leader had until July 15 as the deadline set by INEC to make any substitution.

Reports over the weekend made it clear that Tinubu who returned to Nigeria from France on Friday will announce the name of his substantive running mate before next Friday.

A member of the Tinubu Campaign Organisation (TCO) had also affirmed this development.

According to Vanguard, Tinubu has resolved to pick Shettima as his standard running mate for the 2023 election.

However, some Nigerians have taken to social media platforms to express their views regarding the APC national leader’s choice of running mate.
