APC Convention: Some President Aspirants Are Corrupt - Bakare

The serving Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare, has accused some All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirants of corruption.

Bakare, one of the presidential hopefuls, made the accusation during his presentation at the party’s Special Convention on Tuesday night.

He claimed that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will go after some of the aspirants that contested in the APC presidential primary.

Many of these contestants, time will tell. The EFCC will soon be after them,” he said.

The presidential hopeful also accused some of the contestants of inducing the party delegates and also slammed some of the aspirants who stepped down.

He bragged that all he did was campaign via bulk SMS and expressed his confidence he will emerge as the 16th president of Nigeria.

Bakare hailed himself as the best candidate to lead Nigeria forward, stating that most of the presidential aspirants are not worthy of being called leaders.

The fiery pastor also promised to address the challenges facing the country.
