The All Progressives Congress state factions have warned the party against going ahead with the March 12 zonal congresses and March 26 national convention without resolving crises in its state chapters, according to The PUNCH.


After two high-level meetings within 48 hours, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has zoned the National Working Committee (NWC) offices. It adopted the consensus option to pick its national chairman and other officers at its March 26 convention in Abuja, The Nation reports.

Airlines have recorded a drop in passengers following the recent increment in price of ticket with a one-way economy ticket selling for N50,000. A source at the Murtala Muhammad Airport (MMA) domestic wing told Daily Trust that passengers’ figure had dropped since weekend, saying more people would have decided to travel by roads as they could no longer afford what they called the “exorbitant air fares.”
