2023: Falz Speaks On Contesting For Presidency

Award-winning rapper, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz has reacted to the claims that he might contest for presidency in 2023.

Falz has been known for speaking against the wrongdoings of political office holders in the country and advocating for a better country.

The steps taken by the rapper has seen some Nigerians charge him to join a political party to vie for a political position in 2023.

Falz, however, in a podcast session with Lola Oj said he has no plan to contest for the highest political sit in the country.

According to Falz, he is just a well-wisher that wants everything to be okay in Nigeria.

He further stated that there is an array of greatness Nigerians are expected to walk into, but we are dragging our feet.

Falz said: “Being a President, I’ve never thought about it, it’s not part of the plans. I’m just a well-wisher that wants everything to be ok in this country.

“I look around me and I see everything is upside down and I don’t think we should be existing like this as a people.

“There’s an entire array of greatness we’re supposed to walk into, but we’re dragging our feet, that’s the problem.”
