She Is In Heaven – Adeboye Reacts To Nomthi Odukoya’s Death

Adeboye Reacts To Nomthi Odukoya's Death

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, on Monday, visited the family of the senior pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Taiwo Odukoya, to console them over the demise of Pastor Nomthi Odukoya.

Naija News reported last week Tuesday that Pastor Odukoya’s wife died after battling cancer for two years.

Adeboye who paid a condolence visit to the family of the deceased today, said Nomthi is in heaven.

The respected clergymen said it is comforting to know that Nomthi knew God and served him before she was called to eternal rest.

Pastor Adeboye, however, prayed to God to give comfort to Pastor Odukoya and his entire family.

The general overseer wrote on his official Instagram page: “Earlier today, I paid a condolence visit to one of my sons, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, whose wife transitioned into glory last week.

“We are deeply comforted in the fact that Pastor (Mrs) Nomthi Odukoya knew, loved and served the Lord with such fervency. And so we rejoice that she is in heaven; a place where there is eternal peace and rest.

“Indeed, God is unquestionable. My prayer is that The Almighty God continues to strengthen the Odukoya family and grant them the grace needed for this period. I pray for God’s divine protection over Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, the children, and the Fountain of Life ministry. In JESUS’ name. Amen!”

Meanwhile, a Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Sunday Adediran, has regained his freedom from Kidnappers in Cross River State.

Naija News understands that Adediran was whisked away to an unknown location by a group of kidnappers on November 13 in the Ikot Eneobong area of Calabar, the state capital.

The clergyman, however, regained his freedom after spending over 48hours with the terrorist group.
