Only Correct Prophecy On Presidential Election Winner - Omokri Reveals

Reno Omokri in a new video has expressed satisfaction with President Muhammadu Buhari’s response against recent rape cases among other crimes in the country. He also applauded the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the last general elections, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, for speaking up in the same direction as the president.

The 46-year-old book writer and former aide under Goodluck Ebele Jonathan’s led administration, Reno Omokri, in the video shared on his verified social media account, Twitter precisely, suggested possible ways rape cases could be managed in Nigeria.

The #FreeLeahSharibu convener condemned recent indecent act perpetrated by the male gender, noting that Nigeria must admit that there is a rape epidemic going on in the country which needs to be addressed.

Recall that a few rape cases were reported in Nigeria in the recent week which includes a UNIBEN undergraduate student who was raped at a Church in Edo State. Not long after the UNIBEN student’s incident, a report emerged again that a Muslim lady dressed in her hijab was raped in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Reacting to the above cases, Reno said that for no reason should a man take advantage of the opposite gender, adding that irrespective of her obsessive dress or body feature, she doesn’t deserve rape.

Speaking on way forward in battling rape in Nigeria, Reno urged parents to educate their children to abstain from pre-marital sex.

He, however, suggest that Nigeria should by now have rape kits just like it was done in the case of COVID-19.

According to him, during the indecent act, a rapist even if he uses protection, must have deposited some of his DNA in the woman’s body and hence the kits could help in detecting him fast.

He again, advised that more women need to be recruited into the Nigerian Police Force, so as to allow victims of rape to easily express themselves and feel free to disclose all details when interrogated.

Reno again, charged ladies to avoid visiting men at home alone, most especially where bed, chairs, pillows, mats are available.
