President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has issued a directive to security agents to fish out those responsible for the recent killing of 47 persons in Katsina State.
The president issued the directive while reacting to the latest attacks in three local governments of Katsina State which resulted in the death of 47 persons.
Buhari who condemned the activities of the bandits, assured Nigerians that his administration will continue to do all within its power to protect the lives and property of the citizens.
The President in a statement on Sunday through his media aide, Mallam Garba Shehu said he was saddened by the killings and promised that those responsible will be fished out and made to face the wrath of the law.
He also used the opportunity to condole the families of those affected by the attack and killings.
“In line with my commitment to the security of the people, these attacks will be met with decisive force,” Buhari promised.
