Manchester United Identify Solskjaer’s Replacement

Manchester United chiefs have released a three-man shortlist of managers to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who has been underperforming at Old Trafford.

According to Star Sport, the executive Vice-Chairman at the club, Ed Woodward, has been reluctant in sacking the former Red Devils player.

However, the club leadership has decided to release a list of managers that are likely to replace Solskjaer if the club fails to improve.

The list of managers likely to replace Solskjaer is former Tottenham Hotspur manager, Pochettino, Gareth Southgate and Julian Nagelsmann.

The Red Devils are six points behind fourth-placed Chelsea and 33 points behind Premier League leaders, Liverpool.

Recall that Solskjaer impressed when he was appointed as the caretaker manager of the club following Jose Mourinho’s sack.
