Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu, the judge presiding over the case of the convener of #RevolutionNow Movement, Omoyele Sowore, has raised the alarm over the inability of the Sahara Reporters publisher to meet the bail conditions granted to him.
Naija News reports that the judge presiding over the case made this comment on Monday while ruling on the application for variation of the bail conditions.
Court Delivers Ruling On Saraki’s Ikoyi Houses
The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the temporary forfeiture of two properties in Ikoyi belonging to former Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
Justice Mohammed Liman gave the ruling following an ex parte application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
