Finally, Aisha Buhari Leaves London For Nigeria

Aisha Buhari, Nigeria’s First Lady and wife to President Muhammadu Buhari has finally left London, the United Kingdom for Nigeria nearly three months after she left the country.

Naija News reports that the First Lady was seen off by the wife of the Nigerian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Mrs. Modupe Oguntade.

This online news platform understands that Mrs. Buhari made this known in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Saturday night, October 11.

“Wife of the Nigerian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Mrs. Modupe Oguntade seeing me off. Thank you so much madam,” she tweeted.

Meanwhile, Naija News reports that the awaiting return of Mrs. Buhari will be coming at a time social media is awash with speculations that President Buhari is set to marry a second wife, whose name is Sadiya Farouq, a Nigerian minister.

A report monitored on PointBlankNews by Naija News, quoted sources in Aso Rock, Nigeria’s Presidential Villa, to have revealed that President Buhari is planning to marry the minister.

The report quoted a source who spoke on condition of anonymity that Ms. Farouk is a close friend of President Buhari and also well-loved by the ‘cabals’ in the President’s “Next Level” government.

In September, reports emerged, saying that Mrs. Buhari left the country and was temporarily living in London, the United Kingdom over a purported crisis in the Presidency.

“Mama (first lady) is in London. It was from Saudi Arabia that she went to London,” a source was quoted to have said.
