Wizkid Sells Out Skyway Theatre In US

Popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid, was on Saturday, celebrated by the state of Minnesota in the United States, officially setting aside October 6th in honour of his name, “Wizkid Day”.

As revealed in a post that was made available on Twitter, the decision came following his achievement as the first African artist to ever sell out the Skyway Theatre in Minnesota, US on Saturday.

Wizkid was described by the Governor of Minnesota as “One of the most influential artists” on the night which he performed some of hits tracks like Soco, In My Bed and Ojuelegba, before a sold out crowd.
