German Chancellor, Angela Merkel Visits Nigeria

President Muhammadu Buhari has today, received the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.

As earlier reported by Naija News, the German Chancellor is in the country with a business delegation to explore investment opportunities in Nigeria and discuss security issues.

Merkel arrived the Presidential villa at about 10am and was received by President Buhari and other senior government officials.

The visit is coming less than 48 hours after British Prime minister, Theresa May also visited Nigeria and met with President Buhari to discuss issues bordering on economic growth and security.
