Emotional! Davido dedicates awards to late friends

Super star Nigerian singer, David Adeleke popularly called Davido, dedicates the two awards he won at the just concluded Africa Muzik Magazine Awards & Music Festival (AFRIMMA) held in the United States on Sunday, to his friends, late DJ Olu and Tagbo.

It would be recalled that there were lots of controversy over Tagbo who died a week ago in Davido’s car due to excess alcohol intake as revealed by autopsy. However, not less a week, another Davido’s friend, DJ Olu (Olugbenga Abiodun) the son of popular oil tycoon, Dapo Abiodun and one of Dmw crew “Chime” died inside their car.

Davido who shared a photo of the award on Instagram, wrote;

“One for Olu , One for Tagbo ? ! Nothing but love , support , and positive energy came from you guys ! Thanks for you guys for keeping me motivated . This is ‘OUR’ Award. Thank you Afrimma ! Thank you Lord .”
