Ogun State Governor Elect, Dapo Abiodun Receives His Certificate Of Return

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun on Thursday, was presented his Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

The INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Prof Abdulganiy Olayinka, present the certificate to the governor elect at the media center of the commission in Abeokuta.

According to NAN, the state deputy governor elect, Mrs noimot Salako-Oyedele was also presented with her certificate of return during a brief ceremony witnessed by some members of APC.

Abiodun, in his remarks titled: “A victory for the good people of Ogun state”, promised a fair, just and equitable system, describing the electorate in the state as heroes and heroines of the election.

He further stated that the mission before his administration is much considering the resources of the state.

Dapo assured the people of the state of his readiness to deliver his promises during his governorship campaign.

He appreciated his co-contestants, especially the major ones, for demonstrating the spirit of sportsmanship and promised to extend hands of fellowship to them.

“I solemnly pledge that our administration will be fair, just, equitable and inclusive,” he said.
