Breaking News: Obasanjo Finally Forgives Atiku, Endorses Him For President

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo earlier today  said he has reviewed his stance on not backing his former deputy, Atiku for the presidency of Nigeria.

Naija News understands that Chief Obasanjo made this statement when Atiku Abubakar and leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party visited him at his Abeokuta home. He said he believed Atiku has ‘re-discovered and re-positioned himself’ himself and is now good enough to enjoy his support in the next election.

Gunmen Kidnap Mohammed Dewji, Africa’s Youngest Billionaire

The youngest billionaire in Africa, Mohammed Dewji, 40, was kidnapped this morning by gunmen in Tanzania’s economic capital Dar es Salaam.

Dewji who heads the MeTL Group which operates in about 10 countries with interests in agriculture, insurance, transport, logistics and the food industry, was kidnapped while entering the gym of a hotel in the city.

Fayose Speaks On Why He Won’t Attend Fayemi’s Swearing In

 Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has stated that he might not be present at the inauguration of the incoming Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi because of the erratic nature of politicians.

He further stated that he had promised to appear before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on October 16, which he said will clash with the swearing in.
