Delta Is In Very Good Hands – Obi Cubana Hails Oborevwori Leadership

Business mogul and Cubana Group Chairman, Chief Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has praised the Governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori for his leadership.

Speaking during a visit to the Government House, Asaba, alongside Pastor Jerry Eze, Cubana described Oborevwori leadership as God-fearing, people-focused, and development-driven, and declared that “Delta is in very good hands.”

He reaffirmed confidence in Governor Oborevwori’s leadership and assured him that the Millennium City project would be completed by December 2026.

He said, “When the righteous is on the throne, the state rejoices! Delta State is indeed blessed to have a God-fearing and development-oriented Governor. Delta State is in very good hands.”

Cubana also expressed appreciation to the Governor for his openness and accessibility, adding: “Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State, thanks for access always! We are bringing magic to Delta State”

Meanwhile, Obi Cubana has announced that he has given his life to Christ.

Naija News reports that he made this known during a conversation with Pastor Jerry Eze, where it was confirmed that he has decided to fully embrace the Christian faith and begin a new journey with God.

According to the discussion, Obi Cubana described himself as a new person in Christ and expressed his desire to grow spiritually.

It was also revealed that he will now attend church regularly and remain committed to his decision.

Pastor Jerry Eze assured that Obi Cubana will receive proper spiritual guidance and discipleship to help him stay firm in his faith.

He added that arrangements have already been made to support his growth and understanding of God’s word.

The businessman also made it clear that the decision was personal and not influenced by anyone.

He chose to publicly share the news himself to let people know about his commitment to Christ.

Jerry Eze expressed confidence that Obi Cubana would grow steadily in his faith and use his influence positively, especially among young people.

Obi said: “I am a new creature in Christ, a human after Christ. I have given my life to Christ. This was my personal decision. Nobody prompted me. I wanted to let everyone know by myself that I have given my life to Christ.

“I will be going to church every Sunday. I want to grow in the knowledge of God. I believe God will use me to lead many people to Christ. God has given me influence, especially among the youth. So all you naysayers and negative people, don’t go and bring bad vibe to me. Just believe. And I will lead a lot of people to Christ.”
