Former Niger Delta militant, Asari Dokubo has warned President Bola Tinubu to desist from making lopsided appointments.

He warned the President that he is travelling on a dangerous path.

Naija News recalls that Dokubo had earlier accused Tinubu of making appointments as if he was still the governor of Lagos State.

He urged the president to revisit his appointments and ensure there is balance so as not to upset those who voted for him in the 2023 elections despite running a Muslim-Muslim ticket.

Speaking via a fresh video making the rounds on social media, Dokubo asserted that if Tinubu does not change his appointments, he and others like him, who are his hard core supporters, would be unable to stand by him.

He warned the nation’s leader not to think that he is like erstwhile President Muhammadu Buhari who also made lopsided appointments and got away with it.

Dokubo argued that unlike Tinubu, Buhari had a core followership, hence the reason he was able to act the way he pleased.

The former militant claimed that those benefitting from Tinubu’s appointment were afraid to support him during the election.

He accused the President of appointing people who did not stake their all during the elections, forgetting people like him who put in their all to help actualize his dream to become President.
