'People Judging Tinubu Are Suffering From Anxiety-cirrhosis, The President Has The Password To Solve Nigeria's Problems' - Uzodinma

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has charged Nigerians to stop complaining and lamenting about the policies introduced by the administration of President Bola Tinubu.

Governor Uzodinma while defending the policy thrust of the Tinubu government said the steps being taken are in the best interest of Nigerians and the citizens need to support the President.

He made the submission on Friday during an interview on Channels Television.

According to him, Nigerians need to reduce their lamentations and agitations because the Tinubu administration is working towards recovering the economy.

“Time has come for us to begin to wear our thinking cap. Think differently and positively. Reduce lamentations and agitations. Confront the challenges before us as a people. It is not about government or Mr. President,” Uzodinma said.

The Governor added that even those who may not like President Tinubu should try and understand what he is doing rather than just outrightly condemning all government policies.

“It is about our country. Collectively, we must decide to recover our country. We might not like the face of the man in power. You might not like the face of the president but you should listen to him to understand whether he is making some sense or committed.

“The commitment I have seen from President Bola Tinubu and the desire to recover the economy of this country is so strong and impeccable that every reasonable mind in the country must jump and follow. He is just less than 70 days as president and people have started lamentations. I think we should be positive thinkers and think correctly as citizens” he added.

Naija News recalls during his inauguration speech on May 29, President Tinubu announced the total removal of fuel subsidy leading to an immediate surge in the price of petrol as well as other products.
