Reactions As Reno Omokri Returns To Nigeria, Meets Jonathan, Nuhu Ribadu
Former presidential aide and social media influencer, Reno Omokri, has returned to Nigeria.
Naija News reports that Omokri served as a spokesperson for former President Goodluck Jonathan and has been out of Nigeria since the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) took over power in 2015.
Omokri, who is known as a staunch critic of the immediate past president, Muhammadu Buhari, however, confirmed his return to Nigeria today by sharing a video clip showing himself having a handshake with his former principal, Jonathan.
“Earlier Today, I Received A Presidential Welcome To Nigeria,” Omokri wrote.
In another video, Omokri was seen having a handshake with the incumbent National Security Adviser under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nuhu Ribadu.
“Niger Coup: I Stand Fully and Unequivocally With Nigeria’s Position,” Omokri captioned the video with Ribadu.
