'The Church Can Not Be His Structure' - Bwala Tells Peter Obi What He Must Do To Ensure Survival Of Labour Party

Daniel Bwala, an aide to the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the 2023 elections, Atiku Abubakar has congratulated the Super Falcons despite their loss to England.

Naija News recalls that Falcons were defeated by England 4-2 on penalties at the Suncorp Stadium, Milton, Australia, on Monday.

Desire Oparanozie and Michelle Alozie missed their penalties as Nigeria crashed out after a spirited performance against the Lionesses who went down by a player in the 87th minute

Reacting to the loss, Bwala praised the young women for successfully competing with world powers.

He insisted that the sportswomen gave a good account of themselves.

Taking a swipe at politicians, Bwala insisted that unlike Super Falcons, Nigerian leaders are unable to compete with their counterparts instead are often begging for favours.

He wrote, “Congratulations to our super falcons for giving a good account of themselves at the World Cup. They were head to head with England. In sports, entertainment, education and ICT, our youth (both men and women, boys and girls ) are competing with world powers.

“Meanwhile our political leaders can’t compete with their global counterparts, but to be going cap in hand begging in the name of summits.

“These youth who compete with their global counterparts are told at home by politicians and electoral body via conducts that they can’t lead politically in Nigeria and Africa.

“Something is definitely wrong with Africa ; we must fix it.”
