#NigeriaDecides2023: PDP Will Accept Election Results In Good Faith – Tambuwal

The Director General of the People Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council and Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal has declared that his party would accept the outcome of the election in good faith.

According to him, the PDP believe in due process and also believe that the destiny of all mankind lies in the hands of God.

Naija News reports that Tambuwal made this stand yesterday at when he spoke at his home town in Tambuwal Local Government Area.

The PDP campaign council DG said the party as well believes that it is only God who gives the power to whom he wishes.

He said, “We have the belief that the destiny of all mankind is from the Almighty and God gives power to whom He wishes.”

However, the party’s flag bearer, Atiku Abubakar has expressed optimism that he and his party would emerge winners of the presidential election of yesterday.

Atiku reportedly told his supporters after casting his vote at Ajiya 02, in Gwadabawa Ward, Yola North Local Government of Adamawa on Saturday to start celebrating because victory is sure.

Atiku, who is a two-term former vice president under the Olusegun Obasanjo administration, is considered one of the major contenders in yesterday’s presidential election.
