2023: INEC To Commence Distribution Of Electoral Materials In Delta

As preparation for Saturday’s election gets in top gear, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has confirmed the arrival of electoral materials in Delta State.

Naija News understands that INEC Head of Voter Education and Publicity in the state, Bukola Ojeme revealed to Daily Post that the commission received materials at its office in Asaba on Wednesday.

According to her, the commission is yet to commence the distribution of the materials to materials to the local areas on Thursday (Today).

“We will start distribution tomorrow (Thursday)” she said.

It was gathered that in preparation for the Saturday polls, INEC has commenced distribution of the election materials in Southern Nigeria, including South East and South-South.

The commission in Edo State and other states had earlier declared that the distribution of sensitive election materials to its local government offices across the state started on Wednesday.

INEC Commences Distribution Of Sensitive Election Materials In Lagos

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), ahead of the 2023 presidential and national assembly elections, has commenced the distribution of sensitive election materials to the 20 Local Governments in Lagos State.

The presidential and national assembly elections will be held across the country on February 25, 2023.

The distribution was confirmed by the Police Public Relations Officer in Lagos, Benjamin Hundeyin.

According to Hundeyin, the distribution process Is monitored by the Commissioner of Police in the State, CP Idowu Owohunwa.
