Major Boost As ADC Endorses Atiku/Okowa Presidential Ticket

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Lagos State has endorsed the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Atiku/Okowa Presidential Ticket ahead of the 2023 general elections.

Naija News reports that PDP has continued to forge a stronger coalition across the nation to boost the party’s impending victory at the polls as the vice presidential candidate, Ifeanyi Okowa, continues to work on behalf of his principal, Atiku Abubakar, in ensuring that the party is stronger and well-positioned for the election.

In a statement via Twitter, on Sunday, Okowa disclosed that the ADC during an event in Lagos State announced its endorsement of the Atiku/Okowa presidential ticket.

Okowa alongside the Lagos gubernatorial candidate, Jandor, welcomed the ADC members as they accept their commitment to wholeheartedly work towards securing victory for the PDP in the presidential election.

The statement reads: “As we continue to build a stronger coalition that can help us to #RecoverNigeria, this afternoon, it was a pleasure to receive the entire political structure of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the Lagos State faction into the @OfficialPDPNig

“Citing their belief in the vision of the @OfficialPDPNig and the #AtikuOkowa presidential ticket, these leaders have pledged to work together with us toward a PDP victory!”
