Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Dele Alli has continued with his regressive growth in his career at Turkish club, Besiktas as the Turkish side is set to terminate his loan deal.

Dele Alli could return to Premier League club, Everton less than 6 months after joining Besiktas in search of regular game time.

After joining the Turkish club in the summer, the former England midfielder has struggled to contribute as much as expected. He has scored once in his first seven games for the Turkish side.

Although the agreement does not contain an early termination clause, Everton will demand full payment of the loan price, which is estimated to be worth over £1 million, as well as the agreed-upon percentage of the player’s income.

It is quite doubtful that the 26-year-old former Tottenham star will make a move back to England in January as a result.

For a fee that could have reached £40 million, Alli left Tottenham for Everton in February 2022. However, he struggled to make an impact for the Merseyside club and left for Turkey less than six months ago.

Since then, he has been unable to recapture the form that earned him 37 England caps, the last of which came in 2017. He was also booed vociferously by Besiktas fans last month when he was removed from a cup match against second-tier team Sanliurfaspor after 30 minutes.
