Suspected killers of US-based hotelier, Gbenga Owolabi and a student of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomoso, Rachael Opadele, have been paraded by the Oyo State Police Command.

Naija News reports that the suspects were paraded at the Police command headquarters, Eleyele, Ibadan on Thursday.

Parading the suspects alongside others, the state Commissioner of Police, Adebowale Williams, disclosed that the abductors killed the victims after the ransom was paid.

The Commissioner however said the suspects were arrested based on credible information provided by one of their kidnapped victims.

Recall that Opadele, Owolabi; and a motorcyclist, Idowu Ajagbe, were killed by gunmen in Ogbomosho town in August.

It was learned that the student and the hotelier were kidnapped and later killed by the kidnappers after collecting ransom.

Ajagbe, who conveyed the person bearing ransom of N5million to the kidnappers, was also kidnapped and murdered by the gunmen.
