Tinubu, APC NWC To Meet Lawmakers-elect Over 10th NASS Leadership

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Wednesday met some major stakeholders in respect to the party’s campaign flag-off.

Naija News reports that some governors elected on the platform of the ruling party and members of the National Working Committee (NWC) and Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) attended the crucial meeting.

The aim of the three hours meeting, held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja, was to address controversies surrounding the campaign list of the party.

Those at the meeting included Tinubu, his running mate and former Govenror of Borno State, Senator Kashim Shettim; the Campaign Director General and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong; and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.

However, fourteen governors on the platform of the APC attended the meeting while five others didn’t attend.

Below is the list of APC governors at the meeting.

2. Dapo Abiodun (Ogun)

3. Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos)

4. Atiku Bagudu (Kebbi)

5. Dr. Abdulahi Ganduje (Kano)

6. Abubakar Badaru (Jigawa)

7. Bello Matawale (Zamfara)

8. Yahaya Bello (Kogi)

9. Abubakar Bello (Niger)

10. AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq (Kwara)

11. Abdulahi Sule (Nasarawa)

12. Dave Umahi (Ebonyi)

13. Professor Babagana Zullum (Borno)

14. Mai Mala Buni (Yobe).

1. Gboyega Oyetola (Osun)

2. Aminu Masari (Katsina)

3. Nasir El-rufai (Kaduna)

4. Hope Uzodinma (Imo)

5. Ben Ayade (Cross River)
