Some Nigerian entertainers and celebrities have reacted to a controversial video of a reverend father in a liquor store.

In the video shared on social media, the reverend father who seems to have been invited by the owner of the store for prayers was captured sprinkling ‘holy water’ whilst reciting some prayers in the process.

The video has drawn reactions as many Nigerians, including some celebrities find the action of the reverend father sanctifying a store of liquor amusing and strange.

Some, however, noted that it wasn’t a new lifestyle as many small business owners indulges in the act of seeking prayer from spiritual men, such as reverend fathers and others to bless their sellable products before marketing it to the public.
