Youths of the Living Faith Foundation, also known as Winners Chapel, have thrown their weight behind the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Naija News reports that the youths declared their support at the international Youth Alive conference held on Thursday night, 11th August at the church auditorium.

In the video sighted online, the youths while dancing energetically, quoted some scriptures about leadership and pledged to be ‘Obidient and useful’ to the country.

Be Obidient

Meanwhile, the Presiding Bishop of Winners Chapel, David Oyedepo has stated that obedience is better than sacrifice.

His wife, Faith Oyedepo, urged winners to be obedient in the affairs of the Kingdom (of God).

The Christian couple gave the charge while speaking at the Winners Chapel monthly leadership conference.

Bishop Oyedepo, while unraveling the mystery of the covenant of obedience, said: “To be obedient is better than sacrifice. Obedience may be costly but the end result is always priceless.

“When you live your life as a seed, its impact lives for generations after you.”

On her part, Oyedepo’s wife stated the need for Christians to be obedient to spiritual instructions to enjoy the good of the land.

She said: “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it” (Isa. 1:19-20).

Mrs. Oyedepo also urged the church to pray for God’s Spirit to serve and be obedient.
