Deji Adeyanju Commends Buhari Over Abba Kyari’s Arrest

The convener of The Concerned Nigerian movement, Deji Adeyanju has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for not interfering in the allegation levelled against the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari.

Adeyanju lauded Buhari and his government for not meddling in the Kyari cocaine trafficking issue.

The human rights activist in a post on his Twitter on Tuesday wrote: “I commend President Buhari and his government for not interfering with this Abba Kyari cocaine trafficking issue.”

Recall that the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on Monday alleged that the super cop has been involved in drug trafficking.

The development saw the agency declare the former head of the Police Intelligence Response Team wanted over his involvement in the issue.

Moments later the Nigeria Police Force arrested Kyari and handed him and four others over to NDLEA for further investigation.
