Video: Psquare Performs Together First Time After Five Years Of Solo Performances

Paul and Peter of the famous P-Square music group have mounted a stage together after five years of going solo.

Naija News reports that the twin brothers dropped a hint of their reunion on their 40th birthday by celebrating together on Thursday, November 18.

Their coming together had sparked reactions among their fans and well-wishers who have waited for long to see the duo do music together as usual.

The long wait, however, has ended as the two have ended their long time rift and decided to dish out hit songs from their catalogue to the delight of their fans present during their birthday celebration.

The duo were spotted in a trending video performing together on stage some of their hit songs as friends, family and other celebrities present joined them in singing and grooving.

Meanwhile, Psqaure fans are understood to be eager to know the reason why the Okoyes went solo for five years.

Naija News had reported earlier before their birthday that Paul’s wife, Anita Okoye shared a video showing Peter and her children enjoying quality time in the United States as they went shopping.

In another interesting moment, Paul for the first time in years wished his twin brother’s wife, Lola Omotayo, a happy birthday via his Instagram stories.

Speaking about their rift, Peter’s wife, Lola Omotayo, noted that she is happy that they have put their differences aside.

Sharing her expression earlier, Omotayo in a post on her Instagram page, “To my favourite twins, today is such an emotional day for me. I am so so happy that you have finally put your differences aside and allowed love to guide you. Happy Birthday Peter and Paul, you be one no be Two! More blessings, more love! Family for life. We bring it back again! Good health, long life, and prosperity is your portion. Amen.” (sic)

Also, Paul’s wife, Anita, said she was happy she did not take sides during the siblings’ feud. She wrote via her Instagram page, “Dem be one no be two! Happy Birthday Ejima (twins). This is the best birthday present either of you could receive!

“Thank you for letting me have such a great relationship with both of you independent of your rift. I am delighted I didn’t let your coconut heads let me choose sides. There’s a lesson here: Do not ever involve yourself in a tiff that doesn’t concern you and don’t let social media and the opinion of those who do not matter define your situation! Let God guide you! Love wins.” (sic).
