Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Okuneye Idris Olanewwaju better known as Bobrisky has taken to his social media handle to reveal why he can’t participate in the ongoing Ramadan fasting despite being a Muslim.

Naija News reports that the majority of Muslims around the world started the ongoing fasting on April 12th, which is the first day of the holy month of Ramadan. All faithful Muslims are engaged in the holy month of supplication, fasting and prayers, but this is not so for self-acclaimed Nigerian barbie, who hasn’t participate despite being a Muslim. 

Responding to fans who have been inquiring on reasons why he’s yet to participate in the ongoing fasting, Bobrisky revealed that he’s currently on his period and can not join in on the fasting as woman on their period are not allow to fast. 

Sharing the post on his Instagram with a massive following of over 3.7million, Bobrisky wrote; ”People have been asking me why i am not fasting well have been on my period lately!!! As you all know women fasting are usually not complete.”
