Buhari, Others Honour Jakande During FEC Meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday presided over the Federal Executive Council at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Buhari led other members of FEC to observe a minute silence in honour of a former governor of Lagos State, Alhaji Lateef Jakande, who died recently.

President Buhari and others paid to the deceased at the beginning of the weekly meeting of the council currently ongoing.

Buhari is presiding over the virtual meeting from the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, with some members physically present while others are participating virtually from their offices.
