President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday presided over the weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

Naija News reports that the meeting is currently being held at the council chambers of the Presidential Villa.

Recall that President Buhari had recently returned to Abuja after his four-day visit to his hometown, Daura, Katsina State, is presiding.

At the beginning of Tuesday’s meeting, Buhari led members to observe a minute silence in honour of two former ministers who died recently.

They are former Minister of Agriculture, Alfa Wali; and former Minister of Information and Culture, Tony Momoh.
