COVID-19 : List Of States With New Cases Of Coronavirus, Discharged Patients And Deaths Recorded

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on Tuesday evening confirmed three hundred and four new cases of Coronavirus disease in Nigeria.

According to the health agency report, only 14 COVID-19 related deaths were recorded in Nigeria on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

The newly reported cases bring the overall cases of the pandemic in Nigeria to 44,433, while 31,851 people have been discharged from the dreaded disease. So far 910 COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded in the 36 states of Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory, Naija News understands.

The newly reported cases from 16 states of the country were found as follows; FCT (90), Lagos (59), Ondo (39), Taraba (18), Rivers (17), Borno (15), Adamawa (12), Oyo (11), Delta (9), Edo (6), Bauchi (4), Kwara (4), Ogun (4), Osun (4), Bayelsa (3), Plateau (3), Niger (3), Nasarawa (2) and Kano (1).
