Nnamdi Kanu: You Can't Intimidate Us, Stop Open Display Of Hatred For Igbos - IPOB Fires Back At Buhari

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has finally reacted to the demolition of the Nigerian Embassy in Ghana.

Naija News recalls that armed men raided a residential building belonging to Nigeria’s diplomatic mission in Accra, the Ghanaian capital on Friday night, demolishing some under-construction apartments recently acquired by the Nigerian High Commission.

The demolition occurred after a businessman accused the high commission of encroaching on his land, a development which was Nigeria’s foreign minister, Geoffrey Onyeama, had condemned in a statement on Sunday, calling for perpetrators to be brought to the book.

“We strongly condemn two outrageous criminal attacks in Accra, #Ghana, on a residential building in our diplomatic premises by unknown persons in which a bulldozer was used to demolish the building,” Geoffrey Onyeama tweeted. “We are engaging the Ghanaian Government and demand urgent action to find the perpetrators and provide adequate protection for Nigerians and their property in Ghana.”

On the other hand, Ghana’s Foreign Ministry while reacting to the attack in a statement, reassured the diplomatic community in Ghana, and the Nigerian High Commission in particular, that it “remains a law-abiding country that upholds the principle of the rule of law.”

The ministry said that investigations are ongoing “to unravel the facts,” and that security has been beefed up at the said facility.

“The government will, therefore, not relent on its primary obligation to guarantee the safety of Members of the Diplomatic Corps in Ghana.”

Reacting to the attack on the Nigerian Embassy in Ghana, Nnamdi Kanu, who recently released pictorial evidence, alleging that President Muhammadu Buhari is dead, and that the Cabal in Aso Rock cannot control itself, said the demolition confirms “Nigeria as a zoo” that he has always described the country to be.

The IPOB leader, who is on exile, made this comment during a live broadcast on Radio Biafra, added that the demolition of the Nigerian Embassy in Ghana is a confirmation that Nigeria is gone.

“What happened in Ghana is a confirmation that the zoo (Nigeria) is gone!” Nnamdi Kanu said during a live broadcast on Radio Biafra.
