The Little Mistake And Internal Disagreement That Made APC Lose Bayelsa And Edo States Won't Happen In 2023 - Giadom

Victor Giadom, the factional Acting National Chairman of the All Progressives, has written the Independent National Electoral Commission calling on the electoral body not to recognise the ongoing APC Governorship primary in Edo State.

Giadom in the letter noted his leadership does not authorise the party’s electoral process.

Recall that the National Working Committee of the party has sworn-in Worgu Bom to replace Deputy National Secretary of the party, Victor Giadom, who was relieved of the position a few days ago.

Information gathered revealed that Giadom was suspended after he allegedly went against the party authorities to declare himself as the acting chairman of the party following Comrade Adams Oshiomole‘s suspension.

Livingstone Wechie, the Media Adviser to the Acting Chairman of APC in Rivers, Igo Aguma, said Giadom, a former Deputy National Secretary was suspended over alleged acts of gross infractions of the party’s Constitution.

He said a fact-finding committee set up by the party recommended the immediate suspension of Giadom.

Giadom, however, told the party that it can’t suspend him as a member of the party or sack him as the party chairman.
