The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday at 11:00 pm confirmed that 238 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Nigeria. This brings the total number of cases in the country to 2170.

Chief Raymond Dokpesi, founder of Daar communications, alongside his daughter-in-law, and six other members of his family, have tested positive for Coronavirus. A test conducted by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC on the Dokpesi family came out positive for eight members of the family

4. COVID-19: New Isolation Centre Opened In Lagos State (Pictures)

Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has commissioned a 118- bed new Isolation Centre at Gbagada General Hospital. He said the facility was revamped over the past two months to accommodate patients who have contracted COVID-19. Governor Sanwo-Olu also stated that the facility has all the expectations of clinical care.
