Just-In: Nigeria Records Two New Cases Of COVID-19

Two new cases of coronavirus(COVID-19) have been confirmed in Lagos and Ogun states.

The confirmed new cases were discovered in Lagos and Ogun states.

The development was contained in a tweet released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, via its official Twitter handle on Tuesday.

It tweeted; “Two new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria. 1 is in Lagos State & 1 in Ogun.

“One case is a returning traveler. The second case is contact of a previously confirmed case.”

This brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 42,” the statement added.
