The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has rejected the Akwa Ibom rerun election held on Saturday, Naija News reports.
This was made known in a statement on Tuesday by INEC National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee (IVEC), Festus Okoye.

President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the 15-man board members of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), barely three months after it was confirmed by the Nigerian Senate.
