Governor Ben Ayade Bans All Political Appointees From Social Media (See Why)

The Cross River State Governor, Professor Ben Ayade has come out with another dramatic rule for all his political appointees.

Naija News learnt that the Governor was angry with the feedbacks he gets from several public and policy statements on social media by his political aides.

Making the new order known to the public in a statement through, Christian Ita, his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ayade threatened his commissioners and other political appointees against making public and policy statements on social media.

Ayade also warned that any commissioner or political appointee of government that grants or makes both radio and television interviews or appearances without getting authorization from him, such an appointee will be severely sanctioned.
