Man Scams Trader In Popular Lagos Market (Video)

A video footage obtained by Naija news shows that an unidentified man scammed a trader at the popular Sunday market in Ogba Lagos.

Naija News understands that the man who is still on the run forcefully collected thirty thousand naira (N30,000) from his unsuspecting victim

Naija News understands that the man had approached the trader with a false claim of purchasing two bags of rice.

The unsuspecting Trader agreed to sell two bags of rice to the customer during the afternoon hours of Sunday.

The trader accommodated his customer and agreed to sell the two bags of rice to his customer at a discounted rate after much plea.

He agreed to sell to his customer for N30,000 as against his earlier N35,000 stand.

Subsequently, the trader handed over the two bags of rice to his customer and confirmed to have received the sum of N30,000 from the customer for the purchase of the two bags of rice.

In the video obtained by this online news platform, the trader then after his customer had left, opened the raps of naira notes he received from his customer but was surprised to see his N30,000 with ₦1,000 notes transform to ten naira (N10) notes.
