Nigerian man killed in Belgium

A Spanish woman has headed to the police to file a complaint of fraud against her son-in-law who she paid to kill her partner but failed to follow through with the murder, police have said today.

The authorities said they have arrested the would-be hitman, the woman who paid him and her daughter.

Naija News learnt that the woman and her daughter approached the police station in central Madrid in mid-June to file two separate complaints.

The first complaint lodged was that the woman’s partner had defrauded her of more than 60,000 euros ($68,000) over the years.

The second complaint was against her son-in-law who had agreed to kill him after he learnt of the scam from her daughter.

He allegedly said he was a part of Spain’s secret services and asked for a 7,000 euros advance to carry out the killing.

He promised that he would sell the man’s organs to regain the 60,000 euros that the woman had been swindled of.

“The murder never happened and the women felt tricked,” the police said.

The three will be facing charges on incitement to commit murder, as the would-be victim was found in perfect health.
