Keyamo Mocks Atiku, PDP

Spokesperson of the 2019 Buhari Campaign Organization, Festus Keyamo has reacted to the request by Atiku Abubakar to access INEC servers.

Recall Atiku, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 election in Nigeria, said according to reports monitored by him and his team, President Muhammadu Buhari didn’t win the 2019 presidential election.

He, therefore, headed to the tribunal courts to challenge Buhari’s victory in the February 23 presidential election as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Naija News recalls the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal on Thursday, reserved judgment on the application by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku Abubakar to be granted access to inspect the server and data of smart card readers used by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The Justice Mohammed Garba-led tribunal took the decision after hearing parties involved in the petition.

During hearing on Thursday, INEC denied claims of a server where results of the February 23 presidential election were uploaded.

Counsel to INEC, Yunus Ustaz Usman (SAN) urged the Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal to strike out the application of the PDP and Atiku.

Keyamo in reaction to the latest development said on Friday; “Someone CLAIMED to have access to a server. We then petitioned the Police & DSS to investigate him BASED ON HIS CLAIM. He now turns around to say WE ARE the ones that confirmed the existence of a server, forgetting we were relying ON HIS CLAIM. Now we hear there’s even NO SERVER!”
