Japanese Club Offers Wenger Managerial Post

Former Arsenal Arsene Wenger has an offer to return to management at Japanese outfit Vissel Kobe, Goal understands.

The Frenchman has been out of work since leaving the Gunners in the summer of 2018 but could return in a post which would see him take on a squad that includes Andres Iniesta, David Villa and Lukas Podolski.

Arsenal are reportedly interested in bringing Claude-Maurice to north London.

According to GFFN, the Gunner have made a bid of around €7m, which has been turned down.

Everton Lead Race To Snap Danny Welbeck

EPL side Everton are favourites to sign Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck in the summer, according to the Evening Standard.

The 28-year-old is back in full training after undergoing surgery on his right ankle in November, and the Toffees are in pole position to take him on when his Gunners deal expires.

West Ham, Crystal Palace and Wolves are also interested in the striker.
