Nigerians Slams MC Oluomo Over His Comment About How NURTW Has Become A Profession Just Like Law ,Medicine And Engineering

Nigerians have stormed social media to express their discontentment with the National Union of Road Transportation Workers (NURTW), Musiliu Akinsanya, better known as MC Oluomo, who said members of the union can be compared to lawyers, engineers and doctors in terms of professionalism.

Naija news learnt that MC Oluomo had made the statement while complaining about how Nigerians on Twitter call him abgero and still come back to ask him for financial help.

According to him, the National Union of Transport Workers is a profession just like law, engineering. He had stated that NURTW workers are not thugs but professionals.

NURTW is NOT a profession.

It is a blight of our dysfunctional society. A society that has elevated thuggery, drug & alcohol abuse, extortion & murder to a place of political relevance by empowering the main actors like you, @mc_Oluomo1, to become a quasi govt agency.#THUGS
