Oby Ezekwesili Faults Buhari’s Death Threat On Ballot Box Snatchers

Former Minister of Education and a one-time presidential hopeful, Oby Ezekwesili has expressed her reactions towards President Muhammadu Buhari‘s threat against those planning to snatch ballot boxes during the general elections.

Recall that Naija News had earlier reported that Buhari had made it clear that anyone who tries to distort the peaceful flow of the election will be doing so “at the expense of his own life.”

Buhari had said that; “Anyone who tries to disrupt the electoral process or carry the ballot boxes will be doing so “at the expense of his own life.”

While reacting to President Buhari’s threat, Ezekwesili said that the anger in which President Buhari gave the order was never displayed when he spoke on the extrajudicial killings that took place in Benue, Zamfara and other places.

In a series of tweet, Oby Ezekwesili Said; “The @NGRPresident ‘s and his followers lust for Power is laid brazen in how he has placed the Ballot Box above the Lives of his Citizens.
