Zamfara Govt trains 200 women in different businessess

Zamfara state government, in partnership with an NGO, has empowered over two hundred women in different trades.

The women were taughjt different skills such as soap making, shoe and bag making, make up and Food catering by the Zamfara state government in partnershipwith an NGO called Kungiyar Yanci, TVC reports.

Speakers at the event urged women to pursue education so as to improve their lives.

The Zamfara state government and the NGO will empower another set of  one thousand across the fourteen local government areas of the state.

The trained women were presented with certificates and  resettlement equipment .
