A 36-year-old man, Charles Omadime, who allegedly shot his neighbour, one Ernest Uwanyerem, after climbing to the roof top of the victim’s bed room with a ladder, was yesterday arraigned before an Igbosere magistrate’s court in Lagos State.

As reported by Vanguard, the alleged culprit is facing a two-count charge bordering on breach of peace and threat to life preferred against him by the Police.

The Police prosecutor, Inspector Steven Molo, told the court that the defendant committed the alleged offences on June 27 at about 3:30p.m.

Molo asserted that Omadime conducted himself in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by threatening Ernest Uwanyerem who is the complainant in the case before the court.
