Geography and Borders

Enugu is located in the South-East. It shares borders with Kogi and Benue States to the north, Ebonyi State to the east, Abia State to the south, and Anambra State to the west.

Governance: From 1991 to Date

Since its creation from the old Anambra State, Enugu has enjoyed relative political stability:
