#KogiDecides2023: INEC Officials Arrive In Lokoja Polling Units

Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have arrived at some polling units in Lokoja, the state capital of Kogi.

Naija News gathered that INEC Officials arrived early at Nasfat Nursery and Primary School, Lokogoma in the Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State. The officials have already set up their equipment for the commencement of the voting process.

There are three polling units in the school (polling units 38, 39, and 004).

Polling unit 38’s ad hoc staff arrived as early as 7:28 am and set up their equipment while patiently awaiting voters.

The ad hoc staff arrived after 7 am and waited for voters in polling unit 39, which was in the same community school and had 511 expected voters.

At 8:00 in the morning, there were no INEC representatives present at polling unit 004 in the same school.
